Free Shipping on all orders over $50 (within United States only). All orders under $50 have a flat rate fee of $3.99. We ship with USPS Priority Mail.
We now deliver internationally for a flat rate fee of $15.00. We ship with USPS Priority Mail International.
Orders are processed in 24-48 business hours and shipped during business days from Monday to Friday. If your product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email immediately.
Orders being delivered on the East Cost are usually arriving in 2-3 business days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase for a full refund. In-store purchases require a receipt. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For now, we do not accept returns of open and used items so we encourage all our customers to request specific products as a sample if they want to try before they buy. You’ll be able to request samples during the checkout process by writing in "comments" area, which samples of products you’d like us to send you.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
